All content on the pk265 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of pk265 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk265 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk265 content without express prior written permission from pk265.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk265 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
pk265 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Access to pk265 may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. pk265 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.
Nothing in this Agreement limits pk265's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You may close your pk265 account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules and any resulting balance returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of pk265, you agree to first contact pk265 support via Live Chat to seek an informal resolution. pk265 aims to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of pk265 is lawful under the laws applicable to you, including all local laws in Pakistan.
pk265 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the pk265 platform at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or for security reasons. Your continued use of pk265 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
